Pump Installations.
Fitting a pump is a more effective way to boost the pressure of a gravity-fed system. However, with the additional pressure in the pipework, some fittings that are used to low pressure can fail and start to leak; this is something you need to consider and accept the responsibility and risk of. We cannot guarantee any existing pipework or fittings if leaks were to occur, in addition to this, appliances, taps, showers, etc may not be compatible with high pressure and should they not work correctly after fitting a pump to boost the pressure, we cannot take responsibility to change or fix appliances, showers, taps etc, at no cost, any rectifying any leaks or appliances, showers, taps, etc, would be an additional cost, which would be charged at our standard rates.

Prior to carrying out the Powerflush, we will advise you of any deficiencies with your central heating system that may cause a problem with your central heating system to return after the Powerflush has been undertaken
reasonably incurred in connection with the contract which we shall be entitled to invoice you for.
SECTION 3 – THE POWERFLUSH

3.4. Use a Kamco powerflush machine to flush through each radiator and section of your central heating system including the boiler;
3.5. Add an inhibitor to your central heating system once the work has been completed, which will help to prevent future corrosion inside the central heating System.

4.3. remove all waste material;
4.4. clean up after ourselves.
4.5. Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to discover any deficiencies with your central heating system before carrying out the Powerflush, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the Powerflush as a result of any faulty components and equipment, poorly made joints or pin-holed radiators caused by internal or external corrosion that could not have been reasonably identified before the Powerflush commenced.
4.6. The aim of power flushing is to clean corrosion debris and limescale from heating systems as thoroughly as possible. Due to the materials system components are made from, specifically iron and steel, there will always be some corrosion debris on metal surfaces and subsequently in circulation. Similarly, fresh water added to systems will contain an amount of dissolved limescale, which can subsequently deposit onto systems components. Some corrosion debris may remain in the system after power flushing due to:
4.6.1. System components (heat exchangers, diverter valves, thermistors, pumps, air vents / separators, pressure vessels, PRV’s, cold feed pipes, motorised valves, TRV’s, filling loops etc) may not allow all corrosion debris or limescale to be removed due to their design, position or condition.
4.6.2. Solid blockages in pipes or stuck valves can prevent circulation and therefore cleaning of a pipe circuit or radiator.
4.6.3. Ongoing corrosion due to design faults such as: systems pumping over into feed and expansion header tank, pumps drawing in air or the presence of different metals leading to electrolytic corrosion
SECTION 5 – ACCESS TO PREMISES

You may decide to call a specialist contractor to do this work for you. In such case, it will be your responsibility to replace the flooring when the work has been completed. Following our work we will not be responsible for redecoration, cleaning or removing of odours that may be required.
6.3. Following a power flush we will not be responsible for replacement appliance components, radiators, auto air-vents, pumps and system pipework identified as requiring replacement due to the age and condition of the system
6.4. Boiler and heating system noises (e.g. kettleing heat exchangers, pipework noises) are often symptoms associated with debris and corrosion. Some noises can persist following a power flush, this is not an indication of the work not having been carried out thoroughly
